Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of phoenixlegionai.com and services provided by Phoenix Legion AI ([TODO legal name], [TODO address], British Columbia, Canada).

2. Services

We provide AI assistant setup and management, automation, ads management and related consulting. The scope, deliverables, fees and term for each client are set out in a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Setup fees are due before work begins; monthly fees are billed in advance. Ad spend and third-party usage costs (e.g. AI calls and messages) are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may result in suspension of services. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through secure Stripe checkout. We do not accept cryptocurrency.

4. Cancellation and refunds

[TODO: cancellation notice period and refund policy for setup and monthly fees.]

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results, including leads, sales, ad performance, or the reinstatement of any advertising account. Decisions about accounts on Meta, TikTok, Google or other platforms are made solely by those platforms.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information, have the rights to any content and data you provide, obtain any consents needed for messaging your customers (including under CASL), and comply with the policies of the advertising platforms you use.

7. AI systems

AI assistants can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving bot behaviour and content before launch, and for what your AI assistant tells your customers. See our AI Use & Disclosure.

8. Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party providers (e.g. AI, telephony, CRM, ad platforms, ad account partners). Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their outages or decisions.

9. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your content and data. We keep ownership of our templates, tools and know-how, and grant you a licence to use deliverables for your business while your fees are paid.

10. Confidentiality and privacy

Each party will keep the other's confidential information private. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or ad account restrictions.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the updated version on this page.
