AI Use & Disclosure

How we use AI
Phoenix Legion AI uses generative AI to build and run assistants for clients (chat, phone answering, follow-up messages), to help draft content such as blog articles and ad copy, and to prepare reports. People at Phoenix Legion AI review content before it is published or launched.
Our AI assistants always say they are AI
Every assistant we deploy identifies itself as an AI assistant acting for the named business (for example, "I'm [Business]'s AI assistant"). It does not pretend to be a person and offers a way to reach a human where possible.
Accountability
The business an AI assistant represents is responsible for what it says. That's why each client reviews and approves its bot's knowledge and behaviour before launch, and why we test with scripted conversations first.
Data and privacy
- We collect only what the assistant needs to do its job.
- We avoid putting sensitive information, such as health details, into AI tools wherever possible.
- We choose vendors with appropriate security, and tell clients where data may be stored.
- Messages are sent only with consent, as required by CASL.
More in our Privacy Policy.
Limitations
AI can make mistakes. Assistants are configured to hand off to a person, or decline, when they are unsure or when a question involves medical, legal or financial advice.
