Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Phoenix Legion AI ("we", "us") is based in British Columbia, Canada. We handle personal information in line with BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, the federal PIPEDA.
What we collect
Information you give us through forms (name, email, phone, business details, message), communications with us, and basic website analytics and advertising data (for example, pages visited and referral source) collected through cookies and similar tools.
Why we collect it
To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, provide and improve our services, send messages you've agreed to receive, measure our marketing, and meet legal obligations.
Consent
We collect, use and disclose personal information with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Commercial emails and texts are sent only with consent and include an unsubscribe option, as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires.
AI tools
Our services and client deployments may use generative AI. Our AI assistants identify themselves as AI. We avoid putting sensitive information into AI tools wherever possible.
Advertising, the Meta Pixel and retargeting
We may use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It only loads if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you decline, or haven't chosen yet, it does not load.
When it is on, the Pixel tells Meta which of our pages you visit and whether you click certain links (for example, a link to an ad account partner). Meta may connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account. We use it to:
- measure whether our ads lead to visits and clicks;
- show our ads to people who have visited our site (this is called retargeting); and
- avoid showing ads to people who have already signed up.
We don't send Meta your name, email or form answers through the Pixel. Meta handles the data it receives under its own Privacy Policy, and it may be stored outside Canada.
How to opt out
- Decline on our banner. Click "Decline" when the cookie banner appears.
- Change your mind any time. Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page to reopen the banner and switch your choice. Clearing your browser's site data also resets it.
- Meta ad preferences. If you use Facebook or Instagram, you can control how activity from other websites is used for ads in your Meta ad preferences.
- Industry opt-out tools. You can opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies through AdChoices Canada (DAAC) or, in the US, the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA).
Opting out means you may still see ads from us, but they won't be based on your visits to our site.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (e.g. CRM, email/SMS, live chat, hosting, analytics, AI vendors), under appropriate safeguards. Some providers may store data outside Canada. We do not sell personal information.
Retention & safeguards
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with reasonable security measures.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting our Privacy Officer.
